Deep cleaned using an Acid Wash with Neutral Clean.

First a mixture of very hot water with acid is distributed evenly to the floor.

Allow mixture to sit 10 to 15 minutes.

Floor is then scrubbed with a hand brush and bristled buffer scrubbing brush.

Once thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned the acid is vacuumed with a high powered extractor (HPE).

PH7 Neutral Cleaner is used to deactivate any acid residue.

Floor is vacuumed once again with HPE.

A hot water rinse will clean any remaining PH7 and cleaners.

Vacuumed again with the HPE. 

Once the floor has dried any missing grout will be replaced with matching grout color.

Sealer of choice will be applied to each grout line by hand. 

Finishing by re applying Revitalizer and buffing the floor simultaneously using a new white pad. 

With this process all pits and grout lines are carefully restored to original state.
