VINYL, CONCRETE AND CARPET
Carpets get dirty faster than just about any other floor surface. They hold dust , dog hair , dander and many other allergens you don't want your family to be exposed to. That's why we recommend you have your carpets cleaned professionally at least twice a year depending on traffic. For high traffic, every three months.
Concrete is very porous and can be cleaned via power washer or polished and sealed using special diamond pads. Stamped concrete is easy to clean and maintain.
Vinyl is very durable and does not require a sealer . Just a professional deep clean from time to time.
